Remote Access: Working From Home Or Away From The Office

Before You Start Using Remote Access

  • Confirm that your device (corporate or personal) is set up for remote access to IMF resources, including Library Network Resources. For assistance, contact the IT Helpdesk or call +1 (202) 623-6631.

Corporate Laptops

Option 1:  Pulse Secure for Secure Sockets Layer Virtual Private Network (SSL VPN)

  • Click Start.
  • Go to All Programs > Remote Access Services > Pulse Secure.
  • Log in with your username, password, and SecurID passcode.

Option 2: Citrix

  • Both web-based and regular Citrix clients are already installed on all Fund standard computers set up for remote access.
  • Open a browser and type https://remote.imf.org.
  • Log in with your username, password, and SecurID passcode.
